At Recovery at Home we provide a rapid and integrated response to patients requiring enhanced services for a defined short period of time. This may be provided at home, in a residential setting or in the community as deemed appropriate, thereby avoiding acute hospital attendance or admission, or facilitating early discharge.
Fundamentally our service provides access to nursing and home care support, usually from 8am to 8pm, seven days per week nationally. Referrals are accepted from hospitals, GP’s and other community sources. We are particularly keen to recruit nursing staff from a specialist nursing background in pharma.
As a Community Nurse working in RAHI you will be required to undertake the following duties:
Hold a full Irish driving licance and be willing to drive Nationally to visit paitents in there homes
Administration of IV antibiotics.
Medication Management;
Care of patients with respiratory illness;
Acute wound care and dressings;
Incident / Accident reporting
Enable and ensure outstanding clinical care for all our patients
Keep accurate and up to date records on patient care
